The rain pattered the window pane, reminding her of the chilly afternoon it had planned.  With a soft sigh, she moved to flip on the small lamp and curled up in the small couch.  A book tucked under her arm, the teacup nestled between her cold fingers, she watched the rain fall quietly for a few moments before allowing it to lull her into a soft slumber.
